Because of schedule conflicts we have had to move our normal meeting date from the first Tuesday to the first Monday of the month. The February meeting wil be on Monday 6 February. The program will consist of a short update on TARC Finals planning followed by the annual safety brief and discussion.
The National Air and Space Museum's summer educational program is sponsoring a week long course which teachs the principles of rocketry and exposes the students to basic electronics. The students build a cansat, an electronic payload which emulates a satellite, and launch it on a rocket they have built.
The launch is from 1030 am to 4 pm Friday ,13 August at Great Meadow.
